As the end of the school and physical year approach please note the following cut off dates for charging print orders to account:
Last day to use FY09 money:
Operation Grant and Open Fund money: May 8, 6:30 PM
Event Grants: June 1, 4:30 PM
GSSF Funding: June 2, 4:30 PM
Department Funding String: June 12, 4:30 PM

Two things to note: ASM DISCLAIMER and EXAMPLE COPY.

As outlined in the guidelines for using ASM awarded money, this includes GSSF Grants, Event Grants, Operations Grants, or Open Funds, you must include the ASM disclaimer on all publicly distributed printed materials.

That means that if you are distributing what you get printed with StudentPrint, you must have the ASM disclaimer located somewhere on your document.

If you do not include the disclaimer, ASM will NOT pay for the printing and your group will have to pay out of pocket. So please include the disclaimer!

In addition ASM requires an example copy to ensure that funds are being used appropriately. StudentPrint will have to add 1 to your order and charge you for it. We apologize for any inconvenience, it is not our policy.
